Charting Command / Control

To improve my general control, as well as control of my various pitches, I’m planning on tracking my final fifty pitches of every bullpen session. Scroll down to see how I’m progressing.

Command Plan

January 20-Feb. 4: 22 sessions, 1100 pitches; 45 feet-fastballs only (full wind-up)
Feb. 5-March 5-injured shoulder (no throwing)
March 8-April 1: 16 sessions, 800 pitches tracked; 60 feet-fastballs, slowly working in curve/offspeed stuff (full wind-up; stretch)
April 5-April 27: 20 sessions, 1000 pitches; 60 feet-fastballs, other (full and stretch)
