My Current Workout Schedule

As a husband and father of two (soon to be three) with a full-time job, I have limited time to workout. I work out in the mornings, with occasional throwing in the evenings when possible.

Monday-Thursday
5:05-6:00am – stretching / strength / plyometrics
4:00-5:00pm – bullpen / throwing (jogging 1-2 days)

Friday
9:00-10:00 – strength / plyometrics
3:30-4:15pm – jogging
