Long ago, I was a standout left-handed pitcher. I hung up the glove at the age of 20, without working hard to reach my potential.
In response to a challenge from a friend, I am revamping my throwing mechanics, increasing flexibility, and getting into shape in order to go to minor league tryouts in June.
As of February 10, 2010, I am 32 years old. Crazy... I know.
